Shipping estimate. Orders are expected to arrive in approximately 10–14 business days after confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; timing may vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing. International shipments may take longer if delayed in transit or customs.

If TB CUSTOMS cannot ship within the stated timeframe, the customer will be notified and given the choices required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a delay or cancelling for a refund.

Final sale after delivery. Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not accepted after delivery. This policy does not limit remedies required by law, including for an order that is not shipped, an item that is incorrect or materially different from its description, or any other non-waivable consumer right.

Damaged or incorrect delivery. Keep the item and packaging, take clear photos, and contact the seller promptly so the issue can be reviewed and any rights under applicable law can be honored.

Ordering. Orders can be placed only through the website’s Stripe checkout when it is available. An order is accepted after Stripe confirms payment and an order confirmation is issued.

These terms apply to use of the TB CUSTOMS website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

Products and descriptions. Product names, images, finishes, stone descriptions, dimensions, and included items describe the catalog listing. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. Read each product page carefully. A purchase contract is formed only after a functioning checkout accepts an order and an order confirmation is sent.

Prices and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Listings and prices may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted. Product availability is not guaranteed by display on this catalog.

Shipping and returns. The shipping and final-sale terms above form part of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Brand independence. TB CUSTOMS is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Rolex, Cartier, or Audemars Piguet. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Website content. Site text, layout, and original TB CUSTOMS branding may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an accepted order.

The bag and wishlist are saved in local browser storage on the device being used. If you place an order, Stripe processes your payment on its hosted checkout page. TB CUSTOMS receives the contact and delivery details, items and options ordered, and payment status needed to manage the order.

To fulfill an order, TB CUSTOMS shares the recipient’s name, email, delivery address, and order details with its supplier through DHgate and with shipping providers as needed. Those providers handle the information under their own terms and privacy practices. The website does not receive or store your full card number.

Order details are used to take payment, arrange shipping, communicate about the order, handle support requests, and meet legal obligations. The website host may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site under its own service terms. Clearing this browser’s site data removes the locally saved bag and wishlist.
